Lay the Pulsoids down (horizontally) on top of the plastic air box and point the outlets forwards (assuming there is room for them between the top of the airbox and the bonnet) and securing them to a plastic surface shouldn't be a problem.

Alternatively mount them on top of what looks like it may be a fuse box (if the lid is secure enough) and failing that mount them to the bolt that secures the alloy engine brace to the right and forward of that.

I also seem to remember that we decided it was better to mount the Crossfire a bit further up the U bend to avoid biasing any particular cylinder.

Having the crossfire injector in the bend where it's just above the widest area will complement the spray pattern nicely!

I was just making an illustration but turning the injector a few degrees will help swirl the nitrous/fuel plume.

At last i finally got the bottle filled yesterday....just done the static test with the starting 25HP jet set up...it went text book 8) revs rising and holding nicely,
On the road there was a noticeable difference in power and very smooth delivery BUT we want more of course :D so will try a 50HP tomorrow and connect my mini max if i go over that (yes trev i will be careful ;) ) will keep you posted.

It's going to be a big difference from a 25, especially supercharged. I suspect that you'll have to keep the minimax on a slow ramp to avoid severe wheel spin in 1st!

BTW try to get an assistant to get some video with & without the juice.

I'd fit the Minimax BEFORE you up the jets if I were you Ted.

Glad to hear you got it tested at last and that you're happy with the results.

50hp jetting went in today, minimax wired up then armed and ready, soft setting 30% /7second build time. what a weird feeing that was,car turned into a naturally aspirated feeling looooong legged beast :D
enough of that i thought 50% 3 second build ..now were talking steering wheel getting ripped from my hands that will do for now :blackeye:

just like my e46 and mx5 (rest her soul) no problems just engine mounting clutch shattering fun... :)
cheers trev

Excellent 8)

That reminds me of the first system I fitted to a turbo original Mini. I had one hand on the wheel and the other on the gear stick, as it got through the gears so quick that was the only way to be ready for the change point and when I launched using the nitrous, the tires went up in smoke so much that I could hardly see, the wheel whipped from lock to lock (with me fighting to 'damp' that) and it still knocked about second or more off the 0 to 60 time.
That was long before I invented progressive technology, so that was a fixed hit of 50 HP - MENTAL BUT BIG FUN!!!!
