Glad you like them and they look even better in real life.

We've got customers who have acheieved PERFECTLY CONSTANT AFR's for entire runs, so you can't ask for better than that. :yes:

OK this is the day I've been working towards, as I'm now ENTIRELY HAPPY with ALL aspects of the REVO, so we are now working towards putting them in to FULL production (instead of limited production), in order to meet the growing demand.

We have a number of REVO customers who have all reported OUSTANDING results, by way of power and smoothness of delivery. All these customers need to do now, is find the optimum settings to achieve some OUTSTANDING results, so that's just a matter of time and good weather. :yes:

One additional ancilary we've added to the REVO 'package' is a REVO to ECU interface unit (specifically requested by Motec, Cecil Towner of HTP Performance and a TOP Drag car racer who has to remain nameless for now), which allows an ECU to control a REVO system, without the need of a Max Extreme.
In the near future Motec intend to market this unit as part of a dry REVO package.

We're now turning our full attention to the Semi Sealed Induction System (SSIS), so keep an eye on the new SSIS update thread for the latest news on our progress.

If any confirmation was needed, as to why I'm now EXTREMELY HAPPY with the REVO's, the news I've just posted at the end of the following thread should do it;

Post subject:  Re: REVO update - updated 08.06.2012

I've just realised that I've;

1) Left out an important REVO achievement

and

2) Left out part of the plan

First of all the important achievement;

When our 250 cc motorcycle LSR customer (Jarl), ask me for a REVO system for his motorcycle, my immediate thoughts were that it would be 'A BIT' of a task but something we'd manage in a couple of weeks.

Unfortunately it didn't work out that way but some 6 to 9 months later, we have achieved our goal of providing him with a REVO capable of JUST a maximum power of 50 HP. Now most if not all of you will have no appreciation of why that would be a difficult thing to achieve or wny it is such a BIG achievement, so please consider the following;
1) The jet size for an amount of nitrous to deliver a 50 HP gain is approx. 0.7 mm ID
2) To make the power vary evenly from ZERO to 50 HP, that VERY SMALL area had to be converted in to a sloy of approx. 5mm long.
3) Please feel free to work out how NARROW the slot would need to be, to flow JUST 50 HP when fully open

We're now having to wait for Jarl to utilise our achievement to accomplish some achievements of his own. :yes:

Moving on to the part of the plan I'd overlooked;

We're part way through creating 1,250 HP & 2,500 HP versions of the REVO's so we've still got some way to go, before I can say we've 'done' with the REVO project but I hope/expect those to be completed within the next couple of months.

Post subject:  Re: REVO update - updated 08.06.2012

Just completed flow testing of the prototype 2,500 HP REVO and we recorded 2,125 HP.

Now at first glance that looks like we fell short of our target but when the following details are taken in to consideration, that's far from the case and we're confident that we will see 2,500 HP when we test the finished product;

1) Bottle pressure was started at just 900 psi

2) Only one bottle was used, so there was considerable pressure drop during the test

3) The port shape and size was less than perfect but will be on the finished product

So that's ZERO to 2,500 HP PROGRESSIVELY through a SINGLE control valve. :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:
