There's NOTHING I hate more than companies that are eager to take your money but offer no assistance before or afterwards. I run my company the way I would like it to be run, if I was a customer and not the owner and as a consequence there is no compromise on customer support.
FYI I spent about 2 hours today waiting on phone lines to TOP tuning companies in the US, to talk to one of their tech guys before ordering a product. I eventually got an answer from one of them but the other I just gave up waiting, as it was an automated line and no sign of it ever ending.
The best of it was, the message they kept repeating, was your business is very important to us and we will answer your call as soon as possible.
If my business was so bloody important to them, they should pay another person to answer the phones, so I wasn't kept waiting that long that I'd get fed up and go somewhere else!!!!!!
Anyway ......... nice to know my teams efforts are appreciated, so many thanks for the post.
