Hello, new to the site i've got a zx12r 2001 and getting into the drag scene but it's my road ride mostly, have run santa pod and shakespeare this year since getting the bike in july, best time so far is 10.6 @ 139 but not had a good start yet ( slow off the line / front wheel in air or too much clutch slip ) will get there soon, have just got some swingarm extensions ( that will help :) ) have also just purchased a nos kit, just fitting it to zx12's is not that easy as airbox is frame and no room to work on it, thats all for now but any advise is greatly appreciated

Tim

Hi Trev, I have bought a WON SB75 with 4 fuel and 4 nos venom injectors, it's a secondhand kit, was fitted to a 1200 bandit, all bits there with 2lb bottle, I'm looking for about 50 bhp don't know what size jets to go for, will be having it dyno's to check fueling before using it in anger, only be using on dragstrip really as bike quick enough for street use, it will be stretched and lowered for weekends at strip and travel on trailer. Not sure how to fit to get best out of it, any help would be useful, thanks Tim

Hi again here are some photo's of the kit I've bought and some photo's sent to me from another ZX12R owner who had fitted nos, they have used crossfire injectors, as you can see from the pics the airbox is also the frame and only access is through the 2 removable plate's 1 of which holds the air temp sensor

Hope this gives you some idea what i'm up against, was thinking of mounting the pulsoids in the airbox, fitting the venoms in the inlet rubbers would be very tight, Thanks Tim

Those are some VERY OLD Pulsoids on the other guys bike and just shows how good they are to still be working about 15 to 20 years after they were made.

Since we made those systems we've learned a great deal more knowledge so we can offer you some upgrades to improve the system you have if you'd like the best from your bike.

If you send me your email details by using our contacts page on the main website, I'd be happy to send you some pics, etc.
