Glad to be of assistance and to resolve the problem for you. :)

The new fuel plunger seal material will be able to withstand the current fuel ingredients much better than the old seal material did (as long as they don't change them too radically), for a good while now.

Hi Trev,

is it ok to use Alcohol like Ethanol and Methanol?
I´m not sure what materil ine are. Bougt the first two Pulsoid sets three years ago!
Didn´t use them for close to two years. I stored them dry till now.

All our seal materials have done quite well against alcohol but as is common knowledge, very little can stand against it indefinitely and eventually the seals will fail but you should be OK for a good while - months maybe years.

The main problem with alcohol is the effect it has on the anodised alloy body, as even that protection doesn't prevent corrosion, so it's wise to flush out Pulsoids when using alky with petrol periodically, especially if the fuel is sat stagnant in the Pulsoid for any length of time.
