Back in December I buckled both nearside wheels and put the steering out of alignment.
This pot hole was approx. 2ft x 2ft and 3 inches deep. I was determined to fight this.

I stopped a police car as this section of road was on the main route to their HQ, so it was also in police interest.
I took a video clip of other motorists hitting the hole while the officer called it in. I also took a video clip of my wheel being spun on the balancing machine.

The hole was repaired that very same afternoon (This was New Years Eve).

Today, 3 months later, My claim has been settled in full, so DON'T let the councils get away with it.
If I can do it, anyone can do it - JUSTICE WAS SERVED TODAY.

EXCELLENT news Richard - I just hope you get justice on the other matter and if you do I'm going to look in to doing the same over the case I wasn't happy with the handling of. ;)

The "Other" matter seems to be progressing. The Office of Judicial Complaints are definitely taking me seriously as they have now obtained the tapes from the hearing.
