This will be a MK6 Escort ted.... rear wheel drive with a 400hp V8 up front...

This is my sons car that he is building from my spare engines and gearboxes. He has this idea of seeing a modern escort popping wheelies off the line...

kids eh ???

I went in the end just running my standard road tyres, Saturday was a bit of a waste of time, track sort of dried for the evening running, but the grip was :tard:

Sunday morning was fine, couldn't get it off the line with the road tyres (rubbish 60' times) but my 1/8th and 1/4 mph's were both up on my previous bests so when i get my new Mt's on i'll be flying

Still good for testing the revised ecu mapping/settings and engine changes 8)

Then it pee'd down at lunch and game over...

Ian
