Hi Guys, saw this in Guildford yesterday. I just had to take a photo.
The owner is a middle aged American, should he know better or am I just a hypocrite.
But whats wrong with this image :loser:

Actually he's in the right bay, because anyone who uses a disabled bay who isn't physically disabled deserves to be considered disabled on a mental basis and by doing so they prove that to any onlookers.
