Hello chaps,

Need to sort a few gaskets out for my new turbo and things like exhaust studs etc. Does anyone know where I can get these bits from?

Cheers

James

What about making your own gaskets from paper? Worked a treat on the Audi 80 we used to have. I dont think there any stock gaskets on either of me bikes (Apart from the cylinder head of corse I'm not completly loopy) Never given me any greif at all! 8)

And some threaded rod can somtimes be put to good use so long as the thread aint too rough.

For Studs i generally use genuine or for specials I get them from a local industrial fastener supplier (proper studs, parallel or waisted)

Thanks for the links Loopy, can I ask who you would use for the studs? The one thats bent is non standard basically like a bolt without any head to it - thinner than the usual Toyota studs.

For you RS would be easier, unless you want 100 people can be awkward ;)
Look here; http://rswww.com/cgi-bin/bv/browse/Modu ... -102676171

A stud that looks like a bolt without a head is technically studding, rather than a stud
