Well that's news to me about the sticker print washing off!!!!

Somebody will be in for a bollocking if that's the norm, although why nobody has encountered this before is a bit strange.

You sure you didn't have some strange solvent in your water??? LOL

Yes we can get custom made laser cut stickers to any size in any colour and material type that you like. Please state your requirements and I'll get you a quote.

Regards

Just had a word with Ant on this and he says his car has been through the car wash a number of times without any problems with the sticker. I'm having them tested now and if they turn out to be OK then maybe you just had a couple of duff ones (strange as that may be).
If they wash off I'll be getting some replacements made that will not wash off. If this is the case I'll do you some specials at cost price, as specials are optional extras and not included in the kit.
If the ones we have don't wash off, then I'm happy to send you some replacements of the same type or still offer you the specials at cost price. If you want the specials do you want them the same size? If not please specify the size you require.
An example price is 330mm x 42mm £2.00 each

Regards

Well that's VERY STRANGE!!!!!!

I had Toni take a couple of each colour sticker and SCRUB them in soapy water and guess what, the ink didn't budge!!!!!

Not sure why the ones we sent you did but the rest seem to be OK, so I can send you some more out or you can take me up on the offer above, whichever suits you.

Regards

Well by the time Toni had finished scrubbing the stickers were shot (creased etc.) but the print was still perfect, so I'd doubt a power washer would have been worse but it may explain it.
Tell him to stop being lazy and used some old fashioned elbow grease instead. LOL

Well i would prefer the ones without a back ground since all the others stickers i have dont have it.

Am supprised it hasnt come off couse it came off mine in less that 30seconds...

WELL UPSET!!!!

But i would like the next ones to be same size (ish) but with out back ground and in chrome if possible........... if not i will get some made in a local sticker place arround our way.

And to look like this one if possible

I made that logo and it can be done on a vinyl sticker but you will have to take the yellow sticker and lay it over black vinyl if you don't want a background and cutout only. This may cost you more money as it's somewhat of a pain unless you just want the pieces of vinyl and do the layering yourself? I have about 5 years of past sticker making experience but technology now may prove me wrong and can do this easier. :)

Yeah its just the logo that i want no background

Think stickers look better without background....

Plus in my experience stick better aswel

Couse all of our KROOZING.COM stickers dont have a back ground... and none have come off...

So whats the best thing for me to do noswizard?

The sticker situation doesn't make sense but then there's a lot of things like that in life!!! :-(

I'll get you a price and if that's cheaper than your local supplier, I'll get you some done. If your supplier is cheaper I use them in future. ;-)

Dunno if this is any good to you. But somtimes when custom bikers (the shiny ones that is not rat boys like me 8) ) add stickes to their tanks mudgaurds etc. They go over the thing with a few coats of cheap laquer to protect it (im not talking about show winning award bikes here, just ones that'll be ridden hard) did it to the little bros moped for him, seems to work preety good :) .

Ah mr V8 sir that is what I'm talking about! That is a car!. Me and a mate spent nearly five years (this is the highlands we start young) tryin to wangle a capri with a chevy smallblock off a guy on a farm. He maintained that it would never be sold it was his restoation project, two months ago the bugger scraped it which costs 50 quid up here.

Still plenty more fish in the sea.
