Please bear in mind that that plug was new and has done about 6 races only.

You can't tell all you need to know without looking deep inside the plug but from what I can see and what can be drawn from that it looks fine.

What grade of plug is it?
What grade is standard in your engine?
What power increase over standard have you achieved?
What nitrous jets are you using?
What makes you concerned about the look of the plug?

Regards
