Hi Guys,

I was having my MOT done today and the MOT tester started asking about nitrous. Apparently he was looking at getting a kit for his Zafira. I told him WON kits were the ones to have and he subseqently rang up and bought one like that (Trev do I get comission?)

Anyway, there is a possibility he may want me to check it over for him. I dont know this engine or Vaux's at all. Should I look for anything specific? Has anyone done one? Or should I just go about doing it how I would do my own Mr2?

I am sure he can do it himself with the instructions but just incase I get the call to help him out.

Cheers

James

I can tell you that there is quite a few engines for this model. 1.9 turbo diesel, 2.0 turbo diesel and petrol and there is also another which I know is the 1.6. I do know that we have put nitrous on the 1.6 engine which is also in the Astra LX ( i think ) the customer never went over 40 bhp, the car was awsome. :D ( I tried telling him about the minimax to help his traction problem but he was having none of it, he loved the wheel spin that he never had before LOL )

You will have to find out which engine this model has before we give a quote because as we all know the diesel nitrous systems is cheaper than the petrol nitrous system. :D

Good to still see you kicking around James, long time no speak I hope both you and your lady are both in good health. Speak soon

Vauxhall engiens for some reason seem to really love gas, i always make more @ wheels than the nominal jetting.

80bhp @ wheels on 75bhp jets etc
