Would you have 2 of your relays in stock? http://www.noswizard.com/nitrous-contro ... relay.html
And if I rang tomorrow could I get them delivered for Thursday?

That was how the pulsoids were wired as standard with the blue and orange originally from the minimax.

Would the relay I've tried be the cause of the pulsoids to trigger when 1 is connected to 12v then?

It looks that way but I can't say for certain. There doesn't seem to be any reason for the wiring to cause it to happen, to that onlt leaves the SSRs themselves. The only other explanation is that you've burned out the FET and it's permanently giving an output on the blue wire.
You can check that by connecting a power to one of the Pulsoids, powering up the Minimax (but NOT activating it) and then connecting the blue wire to the spare Pulsoid wire. If the Pulsoid activates you have burned out the Minimax FET but if it dosn't activate, it points towards the SSR's not being suitable.

I'll check but it was all still working ok the last time I tested the minimax and I havent tried to test them since, plus the little led light between 3 & 4 wasn't lit up on the relay when I trying to work out why the pulsoids were triggering when only connecting the power supply 1 without the controller even being switched on.
I would expect to see the blue wire switching that led on which would prove its supplying constant so the fets.

Think I may of Sussed it, terminals 1 & 2 need to be the right way round or current will flow freely if connected wrong in a dc relay, pole 1 is negative load and pole 2 is positive, I have 12v + going to 1 (-) but it should be on 2 (+) and vice versa, that's why I'm getting a constant.feed to the pulsoids without triggering, it's a fail safe in a dc relay apparently to stop it burning out.
I'll give it a go.

Glad to hear you fixed it - unfortunately I only had our SSR to go by and that's not the case with those.
