just looking at the won bottle warmer just wondering how long it takes to warm a bottle up

It depends on the temperature of the bottle: the colder it is, the longer it takes. But here's a trick for a safe,fast heat up of really cold bottles without removing them from the car: take a T-shirt and soak it in water, put it in the microwave to get it hot and steamy and (WITH THICK GLOVES OR MITS) wrap it around the bottle. By the time the t-shirt cools down, the bottle heater will maintain the proper temperature, and therefore the pressure. It WORKS and is MUCH SAFER than the IDIOTS I've seen using a propane torch to heat up bottles!

Good trick but with the bottle warmer on a normal day any idea how long it takes to warm up?

Not long at all. By the time you flick it on and go to the boot to touch it it should be already warm to the touch.

This also depends on the bottles content !
A full bottle will take longer to heat up than a half empty bottle. This is a "how long is a piece of string" question ;)

I use a WoN heater blanket and its very good. But I was also lucky enough to find a friend was throwing out his old Scuba suit. Guess who cut the arms and legs off that suit ???? The arms fit nicely over a 5lb bottle and the legs are ok for my 11lb bottles.

What do you mean by a "Normal Day" regarding ambient air temperature? A full bottle without a jacket on a cold day here at say 8-10C can take up to 30mins to heat up. But with a jacket fitted that comes down by at least half.
On cold day without some form of bottle jacket / blanket the heater has to work overtime to out heat in while the bottle is rejecting heat at the same time.

Is this question meant as a pre cursor to buying a bottle heater? and are you asking how long the heater pad itself takes to warm up? As said above! 10 seconds and its hot to the touch.

Yea, I think that's what he was aiming at, Perry. I would go as far as to say that a warmer is a 'must have' in cool climates. In contrast, I don't even use one in my street car in my hot climate as it's mostly 27*C most of the time.

You lucky thing !! 27C ?
I guess the short answer is just fit one and insulate the bottle. The pressure gauge will tell you all you need to know. Also in hot climates the bottle jacket helps reduce ambient air temp heat soak INTO the bottle as well ;)

OK potentially a silly question, but apparently those are allowed!

I've got a bottle heater already, and have just acquired some neoprene from which I could fashion a bottle jacket. Presumably it's OK to use both at once!? And the jacket goes over the bottle and heater?

It would be beneficial to do so as it would help the bottle warm up more quickly and maintain the heat (therefore bottle pressure). The pressure sensor will still maintain the desired system pressure and I hope you have a WoN SPRV for the extra protection.
