HOW DISGUSTING IS THAT - WHAT A GREAT SHAME!!!!!

THIRTY FIVE YEARS I'VE BEEN DOING EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO SAVE PEOPLE FROM THAT!!!!!

WHY DON'T THESE GUYS TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE SUPPLIERS FOR SELLING THEM ENGINE DESTROYING JUNK?????

WHY IS IT SOME AMERICAN'S HAVE TAKEN LEGAL ACTION OVER A CUP OF COFFEE BEING TOO HOT AND YET EVERY NITROUS USER ACCEPTS THAT THEIR ENGINE HAS JUST BEEN BLOWN TO BITS WITHOUT EVEN COMPLAINING. MAKES NO SENSE TO ME!!!!!!

The Corvette gave up before it had time to make much noise (from what I can tell), so I reckon it was the Honda from start to finish.

I just found it ironic that neither the junk nitrous or turbo setups ended with a running engine!

I think that most nitrous users expect to backfires to happen from time to time as if it's "normal". PATHETIC HOW NEGATIVE THE NITROUS SENTIMENT IS!!!

There are hundreds of similar video's on the net and yet more and more people end up like this and what makes it even worse, is that they'll ALL BLAME NITROUS rather than the ASSHOLES who own the nitrous companies that make the products, WHO DON'T GIVE A DAMN how many of their customers suffer this way, as long as their bank accounts keep growing.

DAMN SKIPPY! :beatstick:

I also wanted to point out that failure is not limited to poor nitrous kits, but also that boosted engines are also prone to failures in order to dispel the myth that other power adders are just as damaging as nitrous when used INCORRECTLY!

Very good point and 100% CORRECT as I have personal experience of that myself, as my first (and only) attempt at boosting an engine, ended in a major engine failure, as I related to you recently, which was entirely due to my ignorance and impetuosity.

It's funny how people think that nitrous is so destructive yet they believe boost is not. The only difference between the two is the fact that most people recognize that high heat from boosted applications destroy engines and go to great lengths to reduce that heat, yet virtually nothing is understood about nitrous dispersion and that poor dispersion is the primary cause of engine failures. Not to mention that nitrous onset & fuel lag are also contributors of engine failures. Factors in which WON systems have eliminated resulting in awesome reliability.

It's also a shame that people fail to recognize how boost & nitrous complement each other by eliminating each other's inefficiencies where nitrous removes the heat and lag from turbos/supers and turbos/supers reduce the consumption of nitrous. Hence, the result is more dense boost and seemingly never ending nitrous (if used in small quantities for spooling/intercooling).

In summary, nitrous and boost are like yin and yang!

Couldn't agree more, it's such a shame that so few people are as smart as you, to understand such relatively obvious principles.

It's comments like that that really make me think I should add just a 25 shot back on now everything else is happy and running nicely :beatstick:

Definitely! I ran a 50 shot for quite a few years before I found the supercharged F, it's taken a couple of years to get it sorted but is now pretty much where it should be.
