First of all hello everyone,
I left GB in ´89 & I miss the 1320. It´s now time to get back, plans are to build something for fun, ´90 GSXR1100 (hard to get over here (Germany)) or a ´01/´02 GSXR1000 what´s the best starting point?
Phase 1: Lower it, stretch it, Lock-up Clutch
Phase 2 or 3: something to laugh about & or lighten it
Phase 4: progressive N2O controller & ignition retard

thank´s in advance for any help Tony

Welcome to the forum!

I'm afraid I have no experience with riding bikes (although I wish I could do so), but I'm certain that someone here can help you make the right choice for your build!

Good luck and I look forward to seeing your build!

Any Suzuki is a good basis to start with and the more cubes the better but we even have a good few 1,000s doing very well, so even a lack of cubes isn't a major handicap.

OK everyone, it´s gonna be a GSXR1000, apparently the pistons can only take maybe a 60 shot, what are your experiences, witch pistons?

Are you asking about which aftermarket pistons to install into your engine?

The best pistons are fully radiused forged pistons. Highpower (WON) can make you custom pistons that are designed for nitrous. If you're interested you should contact them.
