WHAT A LIAR!!!!!!

The least they could do is acknowledge that they STOLE ALL that knowledge from ME!!!!

To claim they settled on their designs based on R&D and dyno results is UTTER BULLSHIT, just as claiming that their designs are the best, as they are only the best of US manufacturers and even then, that could be challenged by some of the other companies, on some of their components.

It's also a LIE that they manufacture their own products, as they BUY THEM IN from other companies that do the manufacturing. WE are the ONLY company in the world who can claim ALL the things they are FALSELY claiming.

I also feel sorry for the guys they are fooling in to thinking that the parts are all made in the USA, as very few of them are, because the majority are manufactured CHINA.

The CHINESE company that manufacture the NX parts have contacted me and offered to sell me the same parts with a WON logo instead of a NX logo.

The whole NX deal is as genuine as the Las Vegas mirage.

Very sorry to hear about your car Ted.

With regards to the vids, I have made a few basic vids but I've never had time to host them properly, despite intending to do so but we may get that done in the near future.

We've just added a bunch of tech vids to our YouTube channel, so at least we've made a start and you know I've always put tech before BS promo. ;)

Such sad news...

At least you are in good health and you managed to rescue the nitrous system. Trev's point about being able to rip out the system and put it in another vehicle holds true... try doing that with any other form of engine mod: NA, turbo, or blower!

I hope to see another install thread with pics from you, Ted!

You'd be better off with a TPS unit anyway, so that's no great loss.

Did I ever tell you about my first use of our prototype progressive on my Bond Bug. Sorry if I'm repeating myself but for anyone who isn't aware of the story, here it is again;

I'd been using the Bug as a R&D and Demo car with a fixed hit of about 20 HP and all had been going well for a couple of years. The motor was a fresh build at the start of the project and for anyone who doesn't know the spec of the Bond Bug, it was fitted with a 750cc Reliant engine as standard but I'd fitted a latter 850cc version.

So once I'd finished the prototype controller I fitted it to the Bug and realised that it could easily take more power in the progressive mode, so I started fitting bigger and bigger jets.

The engine only makes about 24 HP NA and I ended up with 60 HP jets with the progressive delivery, which produced IMPRESSIVE results and all was running trouble free.

A few weeks after I'd got to that point in the R&D, a regular customer came along and we started talking about my new concept, which he immediately appreciated and wanted to buy one there and then.

I pointed out that I hadn't got one to sell him, as I'd only made a prototype but he insisted on buying that, so I removed it from the car for him.

Since I couldn't fit a replacement and I had other potential customers wanting demo runs, I decided to drop the jets down to just 40 HP, as I didn't think the motor could handle 60 in a fixed hit. When I went to perform my first demo on those jets, I also decided to get into a higher gear and higher rpm before activating the system, in order to reduce the pressure/load in the cylinders. Unfortunately despite the reduced jet sizes and the higher gear/rpm, the instant I activated the nitrous system the engine exploded.

On inspection I found that the head gasket had been blown clean out and because it was so instant no other damage had occurred.

This was unequivocal proof that delivering the nitrous in a progressive way, not only made the power more manageable but also made the engine more reliable, so it was a no brainer from then on.

Taking these results to the ULTIMATE conclusion, the REVO delivery MUST (and DOES) enable an engine to handle even more power, as there are NO peaks of pressure, as there is with a pulsed system.

Just a shame the the BIG guys in the USA are NOT smart enough to appreciate what the REVO offers.

That section of the book gave me the inspiration to put nitrous on the scoot! I can't wait to get everything working and slap a minimax on it!

Yes they were all orange (although I seem to remember ONE being green for some reason) and the Bug (which I still own), has given me many reasons to smile over the years.

My biggest grin was when it lifted the front end a couple of feet off the floor and still reach 60 in 10 secs.

Now 0 to 60 in 10 secs may not sound impressive but when you compare it to the standard time of 46 seconds, I don't think I need to say any more. I should however mention that the reason for the extremely slow standard time, was because I was driving the Bug with the top removed, which caused MASSIVE DRAG (the back top section which remained, acted like a parachute), making it almost impossible for it to exceed 50 mph without the nitrous assist.

Obviously if I'd left the top on, it would have improved both the standard and nitrous assisted times.

That vid is funny !!

And very misleading???

5/8" dip tube?? Leading to a 1/2" internal orifice?? what a crock of shit!! He's definately NOT talking bore size is he? He's talking free area of the bore.. So he want to explain that keeping the bore size smooth is the key to keeping phase change to a minimum eh? Is that why the outlet connection is at least 3 times the bore size of the "half inch" internal orifice? :)

If that valve has a 1/2" bore then the valve thread must be around 2" diameter :)

If this wonderful valve will give an increase in power over their old valves with the same size jets fitted, the their old valves must have been crap !

I'm going to wathc the video a bit more now :)

It certainly is but then so is everything they ever say, whether it's verbally or in print!!!!

You've hit the nail bang on the head Perry, their stock valves are CRAP and this one is only marginally better.

I'm going to wathc the video a bit more now :)

Ha Ha!!
They have come up with a revolutionary new idea for their SELENOIDS!!! That is to build them so the nitrous only has to make ONE 90 degree turn from inlet to outlet?? I'm happy with that. Is their anyone in the UK that can sell me a SOLONOID like this NOW or even in the last 20 year?

And that cutaway view of the SELENOID seems to have a hard metal piston face bearing down on the tapered ally inlet port face?? Maybe I'm seeing it wrong though?
