Hi , just a quick one(i should be so lucky!).when refilling my small slick fit booster kits bottles ,what will happen if i overfill them ? do they have any safety valve on them? or will i be picking bits of metal out of my face! :? . i only ask because it can be tricky getting it bang on.

many thanks again.

Dave.

There is no safety valve on SFBK bottles from what I see. Since you have the first model SFBK, you must weigh the cylinder with the pulsoid as a unit and its weight should be 764g for the nitrous and >= 690g for the propane. Slightly going over should be okay, but going too much could be an issue. If it were me, I'd shoot any excess into the atmosphere to get closer to the proper bottle weight, given there is no safety valve on it.

Excellent reply but to add to that, it is EXTREMELY unlikely that those bottles could rupture whatever pressure you put into them, plus its not the easiest thing to get them adequately full, never mind overfilled, so you should have nothing to worry about in that regard.
HOWEVER, 'IF' you were able to overfill it, it is still unadvisable and it shouldn't be left that way, as it may prevent the Pulsoid opening and it MIGHT increase the risk of some kind of injury so IT SHOULD BE AVOIDED.

Yes we could and if you asked the same thing by email then you should have had that reply long ago.

If it wasn't you who asked recently by email, please send us the question by email and one of my team will send you a reply with a quote.

It may take a while, but they do receive those messages. That's how I contacted WON the first time.

That's strange as I saw the message and I know Lisa would have replied to it, so I guess it was blocked at your end.

Please send it to trev@noswizard.com and I'll make sure it gets done.
