NITROUS OXIDE ( nos / n2o ) advice forum

Hi all, haven't posted for a while. I had a WON kit installed on my Volvo 850 & decided to sell the car....removing the kit first of course.

The kit is/was activated by throttle microswitch & a pressure switch set to cut off the nitrous, at around 7 psi boost - so really the kit was used to spool up the (rather small) turbo.

For the next set up, I'd like the system to activate & deactivate at set RPM values. The reason for this is I'm worried about bending con rods using high boost combined with low RPM.

I guess I could just swap the boost switch around so the nitrous comes in at a certain boost pressure...but that is just going to end up in a mess in the lower gears.

Looking on the net there are controllers available with many different features. Any advice on what to go for would be great...RPM activation is the main requirement. I am into a bit of amateur drag racing any advice on other features would be much appreciated - e.g. progressive actuation, logging and whathaveyou
