Hi all,

I'm fairly new to the world of NoS but I just bought a second hand (almost) complete kit. It's going in my Gen 7 Celica (just the 143BHP one, hence the need for some power!) and I'm inly looking for around a maximum of a 50hp shot as its still stock at the moment. However I do know how addictive power is....

The kit I bought has a Maximiser control unit, an 11lb polished bottle, two pulsoids, a Crossfire injector and some hose.

I'm going to send the Pulsoids in to Trev to get checked and rebuilt if necessary and I need some connectors as the fuel pulsoid was blocked with a bolt as it was leaking. While I am getting everything I will upgrade it to 5mm line from bottle to Pulsoid and I already have this size for fuel.

My question is this, are 4mm lines running from Pulsoids to Crossfire then okay and can I use the black nylon hose I already have for this?

Cheers and be kind to a newbie!

Bill

Spoke to Trev and you can only go 4mm from pulsoid to injector so that's that question answered I suppose.

The black 4mm you have is smaller bore than we normally use from the Pulsoid to the Crossfire but it should be OK for both fuel and nitrous on a 50 HP shot and probably up to 100 but to be sure you can flow the max of the Pulsoid it would be better to use our red & blue pipe, as they have a bigger bore.

You have an email regarding the repairs to your fuel Pulsoid etc. ;-)
