Please tell me why occur explosion in intake manifold when I active N2O?

My car is trabant with 2,2 turbo 20v audi engine. That engine have standalone VEMS, turbo HX40 and simens deka 750ccm. N2O system is with big edelbrock solenoids and handmade pipes and foggers.

Contrary to what you and a lot of other people think;
1) It is not easy to CORRECTLY design a nitrous SYSTEM
2) The specification of pipes is just as important as the rest of the system - they need to be small bore and short and ideally nylon.
3) Nozzle design is as important as any other item and if you get it wrong the nitrous pressure could cause the fuel to be blown back in to the tank, rather than in to the engine.
4) The KNOWLEDGE that I have is worth more than the system itself and without knowledge you could cost yourself more than the price of one of our nitrous kits in damaged engine components.

With all the above in mind it is hard to predict which is responsible for the backfire but if you post some pictures of the parts and the installation, I'll try and be more specific about the likely cause.

My guesses would be as follows;

1) The pipe bores are too big and the pipes are too long
2) You're adding too much nitrous
3) You're not adding enough fuel
4) Your fuel solenoid is failing to open

Ah, I remember this now and we gave you some advice on it some time ago!!!

Might I suggest that you buy a copy of my book, as the information you need to solve the problem will be in there;

http://www.noswizard.com/nitrous-ancill ... -book.html

To try and solve it over the forum would be extremely difficult, as you are not using our components in the first place, so ANYTHING could be happening with them.

I could supply you with some good 'USED' WON components (at a lower than new price), that I could GUARANTEE would NOT cause you any problems. :idea:

Was this system already on the car when you bought it or have you added it later on, if so why didn't you fit WoN to start with. :scratch:

It just looks like it's been slung in, with no effort to make it neat, but then again I'm too fussy.

Trev's components are the best you will buy and personally I wouldn't buy from anywhere else but here.
There are used quality WoN parts that are offered if you cannot afford new :yes:

So if you have a WoN System, Trev and everybody on here will do their utmost to make sure it's perfect.

Defo recommend the book, Best £20 you could spend for all that Knowledge Trev has.

...and one hell of an interesting read :yes:
