 Post subject: Methanol with nitrous

I was thinking earlier does the methanol jet want to be a long way away from the valves or close to them as I know on turbo it goes quite far away for the charge cooling effect but with nitrous I don't think the charge cooling has any effect just for knock protection

With nitrous do we want the methanol to be evaporated or in liquid form when it hits the cylinders

ALL fuel needs to be VAPORISED prior to entering the cylinder if possible and that's more likely to be the case when injected close to the inlet valve, especially when fired directly at it.

It's a proper aquamist nozzle so gives a good misting so may try mooving it closer to the manifold
