 Post subject: Static test and plug check

Is it reliable to check the sparks plugs for A/F mixture after a static test, or does the engine need to be under load. Stupid question but hey.... I'm sure we've all had our share of silly questions to be asked. :rolleyes:

Hi Paul, I'm 99% certain it has to be under load, it will then also be able tell you if the timing is correct by the band that forms on the earth strap.
