I've been searching in the forum for updated info - I think I'm overlooking it.

How much nitrous flow is the nylon supply pipe (from bottle valve to pulsoid) capable of flowing? 150HP? 250HP?

The max flow is dependent on the length of the pipe being used. Typical flow is around 150 - 175 bhp. Obviously, shorter lengths will result in higher flow rates.

After that will require going to a braided line?

What is recommended for up to 200 HP for about a 3 foot run?

If we keep it to 3 feet, the nylon will support 150 HP?

Thanks again!

There are some options here:

A) Fit an extra bottle and run 2 5mm nylon pipes. (recommended)
B) Fit a Y piece at both the bottle outlet and Pulsoid inlet.
C) Fit the larger braided hose.

I mention option A as the best because it carries both the advantages of having the nylon pipe AND a lower pressure drop during use from the extra bottle.

The 5mm nylon pipe should JUST make that. A symptom of reaching the pipe's flow limits is generally an overly rich mixture regardless of the size of the nitrous jet.

Yes.

Thanks again!

Anytime. 8)

Excellent and PERFECT response Alex and I have to say, that you've been doing an OUTSTANDING JOB, of filling my shoes in running the forum, so MANY THANKS for that.
It's also very nice to see that many of the people you have assisted have posted their thanks as well, because it is certainly well deserved, especially in some cases, where you've gone way beyond any call of duty to provide the information requested.

Please keep up the GREAT work.
