Siphon tube comparison.

1) Our siphon tubes are precision machined from thick walled extruded alloy tube and precisely fitted to the valve for the following reasons;
i) to prevent the risk of fracture
ii) to optimise the amount of liquid that the bottle delivers.

2) Our valves and siphon tubes are the only ones made from the same material (high grade alloy), which means there is no risk of the siphon tube coming loose due to temperature changes etc, preventing gas leaking in to the liquid supply, that other makes suffer from due to the use of inappropriate/different materials for the valve and tube.

3) The tubes are knurled with a radial groove cut in the contact area with valve body and then press fitted with Loctite to produce an extremely secure fit with the most effective seal.
No other company I'm aware of uses such a secure and effective sealing methods to retain and seal the tube to the valves.
Unless the tube is sealed to the valve (as the rest are not), there is risk that some nitrous 'gas' will leak into the liquid delivery, reducing the density and the system performance.

4) For street use the tube is then bent in line with the valve outlet, so it will be at the lowest point of the bottle when mounted to maximise liquid delivery. Many other companies don't bother to bend the tube, which results in some of the liquid nitrous being wasted, as it can't exit the bottle in liquid form.

5) For our high end race customers we offer a range of SPECIAL features (that remain secret), to maximise the liqud flow and density from the cylinder.
