Hi Guys, the BMW840 has been sold, but I have no doubt that the new owner will be on here shortly. Please extend him the same help and support you gave me.

Nitrous has been an amazing rollercoaster and the knowledge I have gained will stay with me forever.
I could NOT continue due to back injury and the frustration of being unable to do the simplest of tasks became unbearable.
I can't even change the bottles over anymore let alone the plugs.

I will keep in touch and still go to the Pod. I will be there on 14th April in the BMW850 and may even have a new toy.

cheers Ted, its a simple cure, I DON'T work on cars anymore or the surgeon said I'll be going under the knife.
I have a nerve that gets pinched in my spine intermittently and the constant bending is a killer.
I've seen the evidence on the MRI, so I'm being as careful as possible.
Like I said I'll be resuming my trips to the Pod on 14th April :-)

The sacrifices you have to make in life Rich. I feel for you mate. I`ve been in the same boat as I had serious back injury problems for the past 3 years but in my case some sort of miracle has occured because my back has fully recovered and I can enjoy the things again that I thought would be over for me.

At least you know your nitroused Beemer is in good hands and will soldier on surprising a few people at the traffic lights.

Our final photo. We were never brave enough to wear them in public.
Vivienne ran the fastest N/A time of 14.3 and the fastest WON time of 13.7.
Damn we were good :-)
