I must get my PT Vanster on a dyno again. Just wondering what to set the Maximiser up to avoid bringing gas in too early. On a microswitch last time nearly stalled the engine as the power came in. Now running tps and Maximiser instead of just a microswitch. Works fine on the strip

Set it with something like a 1 sec delay and that should prevent any problems but the best way is to ONLY activate the arming switch AFTER the engine has OBVIOUSLY started accelerating.

Thanks for that. Just have to set it on 0 operations as well on the burnout bit so that dynoman will have full control then.

I use a 3 second ramp. Starting at 50%. It is a 1.9 and am using a 250 jet. Last time I sat in the car with the technician and armed it at 2200rpm when he is going for a pull in 3rd gear.
Did not do this a couple of years ago and wheels sometimes spin on roller when hit hard. Last time still needed me (22 stone) and my little brother (20 stone).
We have been to the same place a few times and got to know them. lots of places do not let you in the car.

I wouldn't take it on the dyno personally everytime I've had a nitrous problem it's always been on the dyno I'm not putting mine on again
