Well those with a 'few' brains will follow and obviously, someone at Speedtech was smart enough to appreciate the benefits of our SPRV, on the valve we sent them for appraisal a few years ago, otherwise they wouldn't be offering this now;

Hi Trev :)

Whats the piece of wire for ? dont they think it will work or do they think it will blow off ?

The idea is an obvious copy of yours , but I dont think much of the design or implementation lol...

All the best Brett :)

I also stumbled on a US company selling this;

I contacted them to point out the flaws in the design and to make them aware of us (giving them the benefit of the doubt that they hadn't copied it from us) and got the following response;

We are well aware of the Wizards of NOS but we are not impressed with them. :omgrofl: :omgrofl: :omgrofl: :omgrofl:

I was obviously wrong to give them the benefit of they doubt, as they have OBVIOUSLY COPIED my discharge tube concept and they've at least got all the pipes roughly the same length but just as they claim not to appreciate the technology in our products, they also fail to appreciate the flaws in their COPY.

Obviously they're not smart enough to appreciate the detrimental effect of a HUGE lump of ally sat so close to the intake trumpets.

Hi Trev :)

I suppose you can think of it as a compliment in one way, although IF they had done their OWN research they would have designed it properly...

All the best Brett :)

BTW this is how it SHOULD be done;

Most people usually take the easy route rather than go to the trouble of working out the best route, that's why so many people try to COPY rather than INVENT.

Looks like a slightly modified jet washer safety valve to me. Price is about right though as Jet washer sprvs are about £20 odd. And a lot of them can be tweaked from 0-3500 psi with an allen key. Not sure how they would stand up to a nitrous weep and the freeze effect though??
