Cecil Towner was our first customer to break IN TO the 6 second bracket but our German customer/agent (Meran from EPC Sittard), has become the first to break out of the 6s in to the 5s on a SCOOTER!!!!
Although most people won't appreciate it, Meran's 5.93 run is an even bigger achievement, as the motor is much smaller and far more fragile.
The parallels between the 2 achievements are as close as they get;
1) Both had used US brand kits and suffered NUMEROUS engine failures
2) While so doing neither of them achieved a great deal
3) Both switched to WON and have not looked back
4) Since making the switch BOTH have DESTROYED impossible barriers and set record after record
5) Both have done so with unparalleled RELIABILITY and saved substantial amounts of money in the process
6) Neither would switch to ANY other brand from WON no matter how much you offered them
Now Meran's own results are impressive enough (especially as is obvious from the video, it wasn't a clean run) but just to put the issue beyond doubt, one of his customers has just joined him in the 5 second bracket, to become the ONLY TWO scooters to have done so.

For those of you in disbelief that scooters could run quicker times than Cecil's Busa's - I should point out that these runs are over just 150 meters.
