Daily work and personal things made this a long install

But finaly the bike made the first noise. Running fine with the selfmade stacks. Made them 1 inch longer than stock to archieve some torque. Not perfect form but easy to modify if needed.
Whole system working fine.
Excuse the old dynotune box but couldnt refuse it for just 40 € .
It contains a two stage programmable window switch ,a volt based TPS reader and has even a simple first gear lockout by passing limit rpms once) will see how it works.......the Max-extreme still in box reserved for another bigger project.

Made the static test today with 60+300 jets >>>> way to rich
Without nitrous engine dies at once when activated and fuel is comming in verry fast.
Even with nitrous only rising rpms by 2.000 and stinks as hell of fuel .
So as 300 fueljet is way to big my fuel system seems to work good.
Trev...you mentioned in post xxx i didnt need more than 200 seems right advice.
I will do a flow messuring test with the 200jet and see how many cc flow in 10seconds.

To get it easy starting still the iridum sparkplugs in.
Will they hold the static test ,or better change ? Dont want to get the CR10 sooted with the rich mixture.

By the way > i am running a 400gramms 2.5AH LiFepo batterie and started the bike about 10 times with it without issues.
Both pusoids hanging together on a 10amp fuse and also no problems.

Next weekend will be the first tracktest if its not raining. No roadtest possible because of megaphone excaust.

That all sounds good (except I would upgrade the fuse to 15/20 Amps) and best of luck with the track testing.

Flowtest done with 200jet and it delivered exactly 20cc in 10sec at the entry level of the venoms.
Still dies at once from fuel if i activate just fuel without Nos.

The 20cc should match 20HP and the 60Nos-jet on low pressure
Static test failed again ,but i think it was because of very low Nos pressure (just 700psi) and still to low rpms (5.000)
Rpms raising but while rising >>> bam bam bam climbing the rpms and still rich.(smell)
Tomorrow a last test in the garage with more psi on nos.

Have to try at the track and maybe to rematch the jets as its too loud doing further tests here (on WOT and 13.000 its screaming with nearly 150db )
so my neighbours kill me with more than two tests a day .

Failed the tracktest
hit only 163kmh and bad 12,8 times
but not because of WON or Nitrous.

I was just running out of fuel at 10.500 rpms.......

Theese carbs tricked me working so well on each test. Perfect start up ,nice idle ,even reving up to limiter without issues.
Burnout ok , little roadtest here in tthe industrial area ok ,
but i could not test the bike under real load
and so i got always a "breakdown" at 10-11k revs.

Even the carbed SRAD needs a fuel pump as the fuel does not come quick enough under load or needs some pressure to enter the carbs.
So i had to modify the fuel system and installed a self regulating pump , working and raising fuel to 0,3 bar under demand.
Used transparent hose to see if it has bubbles in the pulsoid feed.
Just the wiring and i will see. Have to go on a dyno to check what it does under load.

Any news about nitrous srad?

Haven't heard of any updates on this bike in a long while.

I also think to use nitrous oxide for drag racing on the srad.
But according to reviews, those who have already tried it, standard pistons can not stand more than 40 hp. They have too fragile partitions of the rings.

That may be true for fixed hit systems. However, the advanced progressive systems we offer are very likely to produce more than 40 hp, even on fragile pistons. This is primarily due to the reduction in stress of delivering a smaller increase, initially, rather than the sudden "shock" of delivering 100% of the power increase at one time.

It is a pity that the stacks from Hayabusa does not fit much for the srad. I took the system from my friend and tried on a motorcycle.

You can always sell the horns and procure some venom injectors to deliver the nitrous and still get outstanding results.
