With my nitrous install only weeks away I had better get the old insurance sorted . I've read lots of posts about an agreement with AF and won systems . Does this still stand . Any other places worth tying . I guess it will be a big goodbye to my £80 a year insurance for my gsxr750 . What sort if price hike should I expect . I'm over 40 got loads of ncb and live rural . And only do about 1500 miles a year .

As far as I'm aware it still stands and you can also try Greenlight.

AF have insured my Nitrous bandit 1200. and you'd be surprised by the lack of increase in premiums. make sure you have a good chat to the bloke on the phone, they do like talking bikes!

they have a refreshing out look on insurance, they believe that if you spend ££££ on your bike you are more than likely NOT to want to throw it down the road and as such are more careful.

no other insurance company would touch me though. i insured 3 bikes through them and am still happy with the premium.

(all things considered)

HIC quoted me an additional £26 for WON Nos.

I can't remember is HIC bought AF or vice versa, but AF has always been pricey for me.

:P really happy today. Having my nitrous fitted next week and just got off the phone to Adrian flux. Told them about won system fitted. And micron and flatslide carbs and loads of other mods .no restriction on usage or power gains for the won system. With my 5 yrs ncb it came in at £270 fully comp. result.
