Evenin' all, recently I had a WON nitrous kit come into my position. I swapped it with a friend who had his eye on my vance and Hines pro pipe exhaust, so figure I should probably join here and when it comes to fitting I can double check here, a flick through the instructions sounds simple enough. I gotta get the turbo on and make a plenum chamber yet before I can start, will have a read through posts on here to avoid asking daft questions in the future.

I know, I need a w.o.n decal for that bottle!

bike looks like a great project... but i fear for your chin(s) with those handlebars!

you did the right thing coming here. best advice there is. but i'll start with.....

it's worth sending the pulsoids to WON for a once over. There shouldn't be anything wring with them but can you ever really trust the previous owners not to have done something daft?

Not too far to go, once the plenum is made I can start the pipe work and get the turbo set up.

Intact no ill need to make sure the venom injectors are able to go to the plenum. - where would be best to put them... The 4 fuel ones need to go so that they are pointing straight toward the intake ports and that leaves me with the one nitrous injector with a deflector where would I put that?

Put the fuel Venoms as close to the inlet valves as possible and locate the nitrous Venom in the outlet of the turbo.

Sorry should have mentioned this is a blow through, not a draw through setup
So if I drill out the carb rubbers for the fuel venoms that would be best, let me quickly draw a pic to avoid confusion

from the diagram, do i want my fuel venoms where i have marked, driloled into the intake boots

and the nitrous venom i think wants to go in the plenum? the problem i see is that as there is only 1 nitrous venom, it would sit central to the ports so inbetween 2 and 3 cylinder, but would that not mean that cylinder 2 and 3 will have more delivered than 1 and 4 ... would i be better to get another nitrous venom and split the line into two sitting the venoms between 1 and 2 and the other between 3 and 4. or am i way off?

i'm no expert but i don't think it matters too much. pipe length and no sharp bends are more important. a knowledgeable person soon will put me right if i'm not.

i also think there are some fitting instructions on the website, have you looked? (i haven't)

edit: i did just look and cant find it, that is not to say it's not there.

It's placement of the venoms I'm more concerned with, don't wanna drill out any holes then log back in here and someone says no don't put those there lol

Edit; I've found the mounting instructions I have answer

So... Ill put my fuel venoms in the intake boots after the carb and the nitrous venom, there is no way of getting it in a sealed plenum with the deflector on, so I will mount it in the boost pipe before it enters the plenum, this should aid a better even distribution of nitrous too

Anybody else see those cross fires on eBay. 4 cross fire injectors, 4 way combo d-block all nylon hose .... Basically it was ready to attach to the pulsoids and your kit was complete!! 101.50 it all sold at!! I was bidding and my comp buggered me at the last few seconds! I mean that little lot is probably 300 new! I didn't want to go over 110 with my bids but was gutted when I couldn't get the last bid in

i think your black plastic bit is on upside down.

and the fuel one can be closer to the side

Shame i didnt spot this one sooner, on gsxr's, there loads of room on the underside of the intake part of the head to fit injectors. I run 4 x-fires drilled and tapped directly in to the head. If i want to run without then M10x1.0mm bung x 4 and all sorted.
However, they will work fine mounted in the rubbers, just make sure they seal properly under boost as you dont want any boost leaks, if you can blank your system off somewhere and pressure it with a pump or airline and spray or brush soapy water around the injector bases to make sure they're sealed :)
